DSB Customer Center’s approximately 200 employees are facing a major transformation, where we among other things
is implementing a new IT system that will contribute to higher efficiency and better customer experiences. The
means that all DSB Customer Center employees will face major changes in the coming year, in the way

In connection with our 2021 kick, we booked Hardeep Dhanjal to contribute with an inspirational presentation. Due to COVID-19, the event took place on Teams. A bit worrying, teams can be a difficult medium to work with. inspiration, but boy, were we not disappointed. You’ve probably heard it, but again, I just want to confirm that Hardeep did a great job! When you book a speaker, you have a legitimate expectation that they can reach their audience – via the stage and the direct and personal communication and interaction with the audience. These days, you’re buying a bit of a pig in a poke, as there aren’t many experiences and references on how individual presenters manage to perform online. The experience base is inherently small, so what can you expect?Hardeep burst through online. We have not seen him live and therefore have no basis for comparison. It doesn’t matter. He delivered in full and beyond expectations – we were captivated and all left with a new mindset And on a practical level, we’ve decided that all of our own major presentations will be given standing up instead of sitting down. Hardeep stood up and you could feel an energy from his whole body, not just his face and eyes
